Construction is owned and operated in
the Triad by Scott Allred, a native of
Greensboro, North Carolina. Scott is
currently serving on the Board of
Directors for the Greater Greensboro
Builders Association and is the Chairman
of the Triad Green Building Council.
Precept Construction specializes in
Energy Star certified homes and Green
Building techniques.
Precept builds custom homes from
$275,000 to one million dollars, and is
a Gold Award Builder recipient in 2004,
2005, 2007 and 2008.
In additional to single family homes,
Precept Construction also engages in
light commercial construction and
multi-family development. Precept's
focus on green building and Energy Star
certification in their construction is a
mark of distinction that defines their
corporate philosophy and shapes the
